DACULA -- Amber Miller drove in the eventual game-winning run on a fielder's choice in Grayson's 3-0 win over Dacula on Tuesday in nine innings.
Peyton Glover got the win for Grayson (8-11, 3-3 Region 8-AAAAAA), pitching all nine innings, giving up two hits, no earned runs, two walks and striking out 11.
Taylor Denton and Stephanie Snyder went 2-for-3 for Grayson. Caroline Sandhagen and Carley Batchelor went 1-for-3 and each drove in a run.
Duluth 7, Norcross 0
DULUTH -- Kayla Brown went 2-for-3 and drove in two runs in Duluth's 7-0 win over Norcross on Tuesday.
Jeanie Perrucci got the win for the Wildcats (9-2, 1-1 Region 7-AAAAAA) and struck out 10.
Cassie Kooker, Amanda Simpson and Lindsey McKinney all went 1-for-2, and Rachel Holden went 1-for-1 for Duluth.
Brookwood 12, Shiloh 6
SNELLVILLE -- Brookwood improved to 12-7 with a 12-6 win over Shiloh on Tuesday.
Amanda Falcon led the Broncos at the plate with a 2-for-4 game with a triple and RBI. Daniella Ulloa went 2-for-3 with an RBI, and Mandy Blackwell went 2-for-3 with three RBIs and a run.
Haley Jones, Nicole Wilson and Sam Leach contributed hits for Brookwood. Leach's hit was a double, Jones scored two runs and Wilson scored a run.
Central 12, Berkmar 4
LAWRENCEVILLE -- Faith Dickerson (5-5) struck out nine and held Berkmar to two earned runs in Central Gwinnett's 12-4 win on Tuesday.
The Black Knights (5-5) were led at the plate by Sydney Buchanan's 2-for-4 performance with two RBIs. Jackie Finnegan went 1-for-2 with two runs, Aaja Matticx was 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs and two RBIs, and Jazznee Cooper was 1-for-3 with three RBIs.

NORCROSS -- Amanda DeLaPerriere improved to 8-2 as Wesleyan defeated GAC 14-2 on Tuesday.
DeLaPerriere pitched five innings, gave up two runs and seven hits and struck out seven for the Wolves (15-4).
CaraMia Tsirigos led at the plate, going 2-for-4 with a two-run double, three-run home run and two runs scored. It was her sixth homer of the year.
Victoria DiStaci went 2-for-3 with an RBI double, Katie Frerking was 1-for-2 with two walks, a triple, two runs and an RBI, Dacia Jones was 2-for-3 with two runs, and Haley Gleerup was 1-for-1 with an RBI.

LILBURN -- Nani Cabrales improved to 9-2 in Archer's 6-2 win over Parkview on Tuesday.
Cabrales pitched all seven innings, giving up seven hits and one earned run while striking out eight.
Jacquie Switzer led the Tigers (16-5, 5-0 Region 8-AAAAAA) on offense, going 2-for-3 with two runs and two stolen bases.
Alesha Mann was 1-for-3 with two runs, Tahra Johnson was 2-for-5 with a run, Abby Lyall was 2-for-4 with a run, and Brittany Maresette was 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Mill Creek 10, Habersham Central 2
HOSCHTON -- Kaitlyn Howell went all six innings in Mill Creek's 10-2 win over Habersham Central on Tuesday.
Howell (4-1) struck out five and gave up seven hits and a walk.
Lauren Bennett led the Hawks (12-5-1, 2-0 Region 7-AAAAAA) with a 3-for-4 game with a double and two RBIs.

SUWANEE -- Kinsley Jennings got the win for North Gwinnett in an 8-5 victory over Collins Hill on Tuesday.
Hannah Harrison went 2-for-2 for the Bulldogs (7-3-2, 1-1 Region 7-AAAAAA) with two RBIs and two runs. Jennings added a hit and RBI at the plate.

BUFORD -- Bekah Rude held Banks County scoreless in Buford's 12-0 win in four innings Tuesday.
Rude (4-0) went the distance for the Wolves (13-1, 4-0 Region 7-AAA), gave up three hits and a walk while striking out two.
Drew Puckett led at the plate with a 2-for-3 game, including a double, triple, two RBIs and two runs. Noah Sudderth was 2-for-2 with a double and three RBIs.
Jordan Deep hit a monster home run estimated at 260 feet and drew a walk. Alexis Baldy went 2-for-2 with an RBI, and Remington Hasty drove in two runs with a sacrifice fly and bases-loaded walk.

CONYERS -- Lanier earned a region win Tuesday with a 3-1 victory over Eastside.
Kaylee Ramos pitched a complete game for her fifth win, striking out 12 in the contest.
Hannah Coursey led the Longhorns (10-9-1) at the plate with a two-run home run. Keisha Stone added an RBI.
Mill Creek off to 2-0 start in Area 6-AAAAAA
SUWANEE -- With two-set wins over Mountain View and Peachtree Ridge on Tuesday, Mill Creek got off to a 2-0 start in Area 6-AAAAAA.
The Hawks (18-4, 2-0) were led by 10 kills apiece from Emily Wylie and Cayla Graham. Nina Orr had two aces, and Kaitlyn Lattimer had 21 assists.
Mountain View (10-13, 1-1 Area 6-AAAAAA) beat Duluth in a pair of sets to go 1-1 for the day.
Norcross gets two area wins
COVINGTON -- Norcross defeated Newton and Alcovy in two sets each on Thursday.
The Blue Devils (22-3, 4-0 Area 8-AAAAAA) were led by Javonne Stanfield's 13 kills and Kolby Meeks' 12 kills.
Sarah Anne Gratwick had 14 assists and four aces, and Iana Dingle had nine digs and four aces.
Wesleyan wins first three in area, GAC 2-1
JEFFERSON -- Wesleyan won matches against Jefferson, Greater Atlanta Christian and Rabun County on Tuesday to start 3-0 in Area 6-AA.
The Wolves (17-8, 3-0) were led by Kendra Koetter's five aces, 11 kills and 44 assists. Lauren Frerking had seven aces and 12 kills, Emma Bivings had 12 aces and 11 digs, and Jennifer Miller had seven aces and 33 digs.
GAC won its matches with Jefferson and Rabun County to start region play.The Spartans (10-6, 2-1 Area 6-AA) were led by Tayler McPherson's 21 kills and Madison Kerr's 18 kills.
Emma Taylor had 12 kills, Emily Becker had 29 digs and eight aces, and Jennie McCarty had 43 assists and five aces.
Grayson starts 2-0 in area, Central 0-2
LOGANVILLE -- Grayson beat Dacula and Central Gwinnett in two sets each on Tuesday.
The Rams (7-9, 2-0 Area 7-AAAAAA) were led by Abbie Johnson's five aces and Kailyn Fuller's 15 kills. Geordyn Jenkins had 19 assists, and Dominique Murry had eight digs.
Central lost its match with Dacula to fall to 1-18, 0-2 in Area 7-AAAAAA.
Archer splits at Brookwood
SNELLVILLE -- Archer is now 10-5 after beating Berkmar, but losing to Brookwood on Tuesday.
Jannell Whitfield led the Tigers (10-5) with eight kills, two blocks and four aces. Maegan Roberts added three kills and a block.
Emily Little had a kill, six digs and four aces, Tiffany Cash had 18 assists, eight aces and four digs, and Machaela Sheffield had six kills and five digs.
North tops Collins Hill, Habersham
SUWANEE -- North Gwinnett won its first area matches Tuesday, with victories over Collins Hill and Habersham Central.
Kristina Stinson led the Bulldogs (19-4, 2-0 Area 6-AAAAAA) with 12 kills and 12 aces. Miller Howard had 16 kills, and Gretja Otten had 12 kills.
Collins Hill won its matchup with Habersham Central.
The Eagles (5-7) were led by Jessie Brooks' 11 kills and five blocks and Sam Rivera's 11 kills and two blocks. Courtney Oster had 14 assists.
Shiloh splits home matches
SNELLVILLE -- Shiloh fell in three sets to South but beat Rockdale in three on Tuesday.
In the South match, the Generals (8-5, 2-2 Area 8-AAAAAA) were led by Gloria Watson's nine kills, one ace, one solo block and three digs.
Brianna Stith had three aces, a kill, a set assist and a dig, Kinsasha Bell had an ace, a kill and three solo blocks, and Jacqueline Harris had an ace, two solo blocks and two digs.
Brianna Campbell had four aces, four kills, a set assist, five solo blocks and a dig, and Desiree Aighobahi had a dig.
In the Rockdale match, Shiloh was led by Watson's nine aces, eight kills and five digs. Bell added an ace, four solo blocks and a dig.
