Loganville head football coach Eric Godfree, a Parkview grad, and the Duluth Wildcats' first-grade cheerleading squad were selected as weekly award-winners on Monday by the Atlanta Falcons.
Godfree was named the High School Coach of the Week after leading Loganville to a 32-13 win over Walnut Grove last week. Duluth was honored as the Youth Team/Cheer Squad of the Week.
Each program receives an $1,000 grant for the honor.
