Norcross senior Jason Mendel has made a commitment to the South Alabama men's golf program.
Mendel has helped the Blue Devils to a top-five finish at the Class AAAAA state tournament the previous three seasons. He shot 73 at the state championships last season and also was the Region 7-AAAAA runner-up, earning first-team all-county honors from the Daily Post.
