LAWRENCEVILLE -- A Lawrenceville man is wanted for allegedly stealing a tractor-trailer valued at $45,000.
Lawrenceville police have obtained warrants charging Hasib Babaic, 38, with one count of felony theft by taking.
The 1998 Freightliner semi was reported stolen earlier this month from a supply company on Raco Drive in Lawrenceville. The semi's owner told police it was parked in front of the business and was taken between Sept. 29 and Oct. 1, its loaded trailer left behind, according to a Lawrenceville police report.
Warrants for Babajic were issued Thursday.
Jail records show Babajic had not been arrested as of Tuesday evening.
