DULUTH -- Fanatical foodies, kitchen conquerors and those still perfecting the grilled cheese, it's time to reunite for a night of easy meals taught step by step.
The Taste of Home Cooking Show returns to the Convention Center at the Arena at Gwinnett Center with food vendors, product samples and a two-hour cooking demonstration on Thursday.
One of the magazine's top culinary experts, Michelle "Red" Roberts who is originally from Mississippi, will be preparing several new recipes from start to finish, demonstrating with an overhead camera. She will also be dishing out helpful pointers and techniques that any everyday chef can use.
Each attendee will leave the show with a bag filled to the brim with product samples, complimentary coupons and two "Taste of Home" magazines that include many of the recipes from the night's demonstration.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. This year VIP tickets are on sale for $45 per person, which includes a ticket to the show, assigned seating, cookbook and gifts from Belk, Mall of Georgia, Arena at Gwinnett Center and a $20 Gordon Biersch gift card.
