The Touchdown Club of Atlanta announced North Gwinnett quarterback Michael Haynes and Parkview booster Mike Wade for its weekly awards on Wednesday. They will be honored Monday at 6:30 p.m. during the club's weekly meeting at Atlanta's Hudson Grille on Peachtree.
Haynes was selected as the area's back of the week after a strong performance against Mill Creek. He led the victory by throwing for 253 yards and three touchdowns and rushing for 116 more yards. Wade, a longtime member of the Panthers' community, was picked as the outstanding booster club member of the week.
