Two Gwinnett junior golfers won age-group titles at the recent 36-Hole Fall Shootout, an Atlanta Junior Golf Association tournament at the Trophy Club of Apalachee.
Mill Creek sophomore Phillip Beard shot 75 and 79 to earn the boys 15- to 18-year-old title as well as the overall low medalist honor. Dacula freshman Hunter Fry shot 77-80 and won the 13- to 14-year-old division.
