LAWRENCEVILLE -- Coolray Field, home of the Gwinnett Braves, hosts the Gwinnett County Police and Fire and Emergency Service's third annual Public Safety Fall Festival Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There will be fire trucks, motorcycles, an ambulance and a helicopter on display, plus safety demonstrations, kids' activities, pet adoptions, a Community Yard Sale and a softball game between police and firefighters.
The local vendors on site will sell everything from craft items to baked goods, furniture and collectibles to clothes and more.
While the admission is free, the organizers ask attendees to bring canned goods and other nonperishable items for donation. All of the food collected will be given to local food banks.
Coolray Field is located at 2500 Buford Drive in Lawrenceville.
