Chapple got the honor after completing 22 of 26 passes for 366 yards and three touchdowns in the Spartans' 52-21 second-round playoff victory over previously unbeaten Heard County.
"Rafe has really improved all season and had a standout game last Friday," GAC head coach Tim Hardy said. "He has great command of our offense, leading us with both his performance and competitive drive to win."
