Inmate found with marijuana in Gwinnett jail

LAWRENCEVILLE -- A Macon man serving time for a burglary charge last week was also found to possess marijuana while in a Gwinnett County Corrections facility.

Reginald Bernard Daniely, 21, was charged last week with possession of a "small amount" of marijuana in a correctional institute, a felony. A warrant filed on Thanksgiving Day said Daniely had the marijuana on Nov. 20 between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Bond was denied because Daniely was viewed as a flight risk, the arrest warrant said.

Daniely was booked in the Gwinnett jail on the burglary charge on Dec. 8, 2011.
