Steven and Sharon Williams of Winder announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Williams of Blairsville, to TJ Parr of Blairsville, son of Tony Parr of Buford and Angie Ryan of Athens.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Pat Taylor of Carl and is a graduate of North Georgia College and State University. She is employed with Pro Therapy as a senior office coordinator.
The future groom is the grandson of Tony and Linda Parr of Monroe and is a graduate of Winder-Barrow High School and is the owner/agent of Esquire Insurance.
The wedding is planned for April 27 at Lake Rabun.
