LAWRENCEVILLE — Gwinnett Police have arrested two men in connection with the death of Parviz Moledina, a Lawrenceville woman who was found dead late Wednesday night at her home on Alamein Drive.
On Saturday, police served two warrants based on information gathered from Moledina’s vehicle and home and arrested Eric Lamont Boling, charging him with felony murder and theft by receiving, and Justin Elridge, who is charged with theft by receiving. Both suspects are currently in the Gwinnett County Jail with no bond.
Moledina’s vehicle, a silver 2007 Volvo station wagon, was missing when police arrived at her home on Wednesday night. It was later located in a parking lot at Sugarloaf Mills mall, formerly Discover Mills, about five miles from the victim’s home.
On Thanksgiving day, police staked out the vehicle hoping something would provide a lead in the case. No suspects were located at that time, but after a search warrant was executed at Moledina’s home, evidence was found that linked Boling and Elridge to the crime, police said. Both suspects were questioned and then arrested and charged.
Moledina, described only as a 64-year-old woman of Indian or Middle Eastern descent, lived alone, police said. Police said she died of multiple stab wounds. No motive has been released.
