Eric Clapton, The Wallflowers to perform in Duluth

DULUTH -- Eric Clapton is coming to the Arena at Gwinnett Center with special guests, The Wallflowers, the arena announced Tuesday.

The concert is slated for March 27 and tickets go on sale Nov. 30 at 10 a.m. at www.ticketmaster.com Prices range from $58 to $98.

Clapton has assembled a band for the U.S. dates which includes Doyle Bramhall II, Steve Jordan, Chris Stainton, Willie Weeks, Paul Carrack and Greg Leisz. Michelle John and Sharon White will serve as backing vocalists.

The Arena At Gwinnett Center is located at 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth.

Saw him last time he was here. Most boring concert I've ever attended in my life. He played with the enthusiasm I would display while cleaning the hardwood floors. I'd always wanted to see Clapton but I walked away feeling cheated.
