Gwinnett Daily Post
BUFORD -- A 12-year old company was lured to Gwinnett from Gainesville because its top executive said the location allows the company to better serve its clients.
Red Clay Interactive has announced a relocation and expansion of 25 jobs over the next three years to Buford. The company handles digital marketing and design services for local and international businesses. Among Red Clay's services are to develop social media campaigns and program mobile apps for clients.
"Gwinnett's strategic location within metro Atlanta and the Southeast enables us to better serve our growing client base throughout the U.S.," said Red Clay Interactive president and CEO Lance Compton. "Additionally, with a young, professional talent pool and access to new markets, Gwinnett provides the ideal environment for us to continue to build our business."
Gwinnett County Chairwoman Charlotte Nash said the company's culture and approach to marketing innovation would "flourish in our community."
"This announcement represents just one of many recently that have added to Gwinnett's growing technology industries," Nash said.
