Gwinnett Daily Post
Who: Duluth's Mike Long
Position: Linebacker
Class: Senior
Highlights: Had six tackles (four solos), two for losses, one sack, one QB hurry, an interception and a pass breakup in a win over Mountain View
Coach Corey Jarvis' take: "Mike played real well Friday and was all over the field as he has been the past two years for our defense. He is the leader of our defense and will be greatly missed next year. I think I scared him out of his second interception by calling his name to find the receiver on his drop. Overall, Mike played well and was a huge difference throughout the year on defense."
