SUGAR HILL -- The city of Sugar Hill has announced the date of its annual holiday celebration and tree lighting.
The celebration will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1. It will be held on the town green.
The Sugar Hill United Methodist Church and Sugar Hill Elementary School choirs will sing Christmas carols, and the city's Christmas tree will be lit at dusk.
Hot chocolate, other concessions and pictures with Santa will also be available inside the community center. Carriage rides around the town green will be held throughout the evening.
