David J. and Janice D. Schoeck of Braselton recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Oct. 13, 1962, at St. Paul Church in Pine Lawn, Mo.
David is employed with Traditions Golf Course Pro Shop and volunteers at Eagle Ranch and Mulberry Food Bank. Janice volunteers at the Braselton Library and the Braselton's Women's Club.
They have three children: Rich Schoeck, married to Lori; Barb Crowe, married to Sonny; and Julie Patrick, married to Wayne.They have seven grandchildren; Renee Banas, married to Jonathan, Sammi and Grant Schoeck, Leslie Rock, Will and Josh Patrick, and Brandon Crowe. They also have two great-grandchildren: Marley and Jeremiah Banas.
They celebrated at a family reunion in Chattanooga, Tennessee and a trip to Dawsonville.
