DULUTH -- Classic rock station, 97.1 The River's listeners had a chance to vote for their favorite town to host the "Small Town Tour Concert" and Duluth is the winner.
On Sunday from noon to 4 p.m., the station's English Nick and the River Rats will be present for the afternoon. Music is provided by Doctor Bombay, plus there will be food vendors and an inflatable area for the children.
