The title does little to give the viewer any idea of what is a perfect hybrid of romantic comedy and something that is not quite sci-fi. "Parks & Recreation" regular Aubrey Plaza plays an upstart northwestern journalist who comes into contact with an eccentric recluse (Mark Duplass) that believes he's on the verge of something that Could Change the World As We Know It. What starts out as tragically cute, quirky and half-baked eventually morphs into something far deeper and substantive. This is one of the smartest romantic comedies ever made and delivers an ending that will leave you breathless, shaken and inspired. It's too bad the extras couldn't do the same.
