PEACHTREE CORNERS -- Some lucky local could win coffee or panini for a year.
Corner Bakery Cafe is hosting the giveaway as part of the opening of its newest location at 6050 Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners.
The first 100 customers through the doors, which open at 7 a.m. June 4, will receive a commemorative travel mug and free daily refills of hand-roasted coffee for the remainder of the year. The cafe will also choose from a pool of entries to receive free panini for every day for one year.
"Opening our newest Corner Bakery Cafe in Peachtree Corners is very exciting," said Bruce Kaiser, regional director of the restaurant, which has three Atlanta locations. "We feel the community will embrace our ingredient-inspired, made-to-order food and neighborhood setting."
The cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with made-to-order food priced from 99 cents to $8.29. It also caters.
The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce plans to host a ribbon-cutting, welcoming the company's first Gwinnett location.
"Peachtree Corners is a lively community, and we're eager to share our neighborhood experience with them," said CEO Mike Hislop. "We're excited to grow the Corner Bakery Cafe concept in the greater Atlanta market."
