LAWRENCEVILLE -- Gwinnett Medical Center and Partnership Gwinnett will host a sports medicine discussion over breakfast Friday.
The panel discussion is open to the public and will be held from 7:30 to 9:15 a.m. Friday at Gwinnett Technical College's Busbee Center. The center is located at 5150 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville.
At the discussion, Gwinnett Medical Center representatives will be available to address topics including: hydration, stretching, youth concussion testing, post-activity meals, how to stay safe in the heat, injury prevention, difference between injuries for men and women and running shoes and attire.
Attendance is free but registration is requested. To do so, visit gmc-rsvp.org.
