Mill Creek student awarded scholarship

HOSCHTON -- Jackson EMC recently awarded Seung Kwan Baek, a Mill Creek High School senior, a 2012 A.T. Sharpton Scholarship. Baek was one of five recipients selected from nearly 300 applicants.
