GAINESVILLE (AP) -- Two Georgia men accused of plotting terror attacks against government officials are facing a court hearing.
The pretrial hearing is set for Tuesday in the case involving Ray Adams and Samuel Crump, who are charged with conspiring and attempting to make a biological toxin called ricin.
They are among four men arrested in early November after at least seven months of surveillance by an undercover informant who infiltrated their meetings at a Waffle House, homes and car rides.
Two others pleaded guilty to charges related to the plot last month. Dan Roberts and Frederick Thomas could face up five years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of conspiring to get an unregistered explosive and an illegal gun silencer as part of the plot.
