DACULA -- Hebron advanced to the second round of the playoffs with a 2-0 victory over Atkinson County in the opening round of the Class A tournament.
The Lions (12-6) got goals from Cole Redman and Andrew Thompson. Redman and Ryan Notheis had assists.
GAC 10, Callaway, 0
NORCROSS -- Greater Atlanta Christian opened the first round of the Class AA state playoffs with a 10-0 win over Callaway. The Spartans (12-5-1) scored all 10 goals in the first half to force the mercy rule. GAC will play the winner of Putnam County-East Laurens on Tuesday in the second round.
Buford 10, Callaway 0
HOGANSVILLE -- Lyndsey White scored four goals to lead Buford to a 10-0 win over Callaway in the first round of the state playoffs on Thursday.
Tara Danbach had two goals, while Abie Oates, Ann Schmidt, Brooke Horist and Ceely Coker each scored one goal for the Wolves. Buford (14-5) will play the winner of Dublin-Lamar County on Wednesday in the second round.
Mill Creek 12, Lambert 4
SUWANEE -- Alexis Ordini scored three goals and had one assist to lead Mill Creek to a 12-4 win over Lambert on Wednesday.
MacKenzie Fagioli had three assists, Noelle Allen scored one goal, Abigail Fitler, Tori Windom, Emily Hallberg and Maddie Peek each had two goals. Chandler Griffin made 13 saves in goal for the Hawks (16-2, 9-1).
Wesleyan 19, Blessed Trinity 13
NORCROSS -- Courtney O'Leary scored 10 goals to help Wesleyan to a 19-13 win over Blessed Trinity on senior night.
Caroline Jordan added six goals, while Missy Byrd and goalkeeper Meredith DiStasy played great defense for the Wolves (7-10-1).
