LAWRENCEVILLE -- Good news Tim Tebow fans: There are still tickets available for his Gwinnett visit after all.

Tebow and Christian author John C. Maxwell will be visiting 12Stone Church's central campus in Lawrenceville on Wednesday, May 2 for a "conversation about leadership and faith" sponsored by EQUIP. On Thursday, the organization clarified earlier reports and said that tickets (priced at $25, $50 and $100) are still available online.

EQUIP's Kimberly Williams said that, as of Thursday afternoon, more than 1,000 general session tickets remained for sale. A banner erroneously published on the ticketing website said the event had been sold out.

"There was a glitch on the side of the iTickets (Wednesday)," Williams said in an email. "We were made aware of it late in the day and had the banner changed for viewers to contact their customer service line."

Tickets can still be purchased at www.itickets.com/events/282684.html. They will not be available at the door.

Funds raised by the event go directly to train EQUIP's international ministry leaders.
