Hebron Christian seniors Taryn Higgins and Xavier Railey were honored Thursday for signing letters of intent with college athletic programs.
Higgins, who averaged 8.4 points and 6.6 rebounds as a senior, signed with the Truett-McConnell women's basketball program. She is the daughter of Tommy and Timi Higgins.
Railey, the son of Carolyn Railey, signed with the Presbyterian College football program. He rushed for 755 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior and was selected for the Rivalries of Gwinnett All-Star Game.
