Slayton -- Ford
Dan and Stephanie Slayton of Monroe, and John and Cheryl Dow of Collinsville, Miss., announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Christine Slayton of Atlanta, to Brandon James Ford of Atlanta, son of Stephen and Dawn Ford, of Cedar Falls, Iowa.
The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is employed with Premier Global Services in Atlanta as a project manager.
The future groom is a graduate of the University of North Dakota and is employed with Atlantic Southeast Airlines as a pilot.
The wedding is planned for May at Cator Woolford Gardens in Atlanta.
