Mrs. Euell “Sis” Boggs Lancaster, age 93, of Buford, GA passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert D. Lancaster; parents, Marvin and Dora Timms Boggs; sisters, Viola Swansey and Marzee Skelton; and brothers, Broughton Boggs, Curt Boggs, Lee Boggs, Jewel Boggs and J. M. Boggs, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Gail Lancaster Reed, Buford, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Toney G. Lancaster, Buford, GA; grandchildren, Chad Reed, Buford, GA, Creighton and Tia Lancaster, Dacula, GA and Stuart and Hilary Lancaster, Suwanee, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Lancaster was born January 27, 1919 in Braselton, GA. She received her education from Thomason School in Barrow County. She was a homemaker and was a member of Buford Church of God. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. R. Edward Davenport officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA.
