Harold and Polly Braswell Landress of Loganville, recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple were married March 9, 1952, at the bride's home in Loganville.
Harold is retired from General Motors Lakewood plant.
The couple has four daughters, Mary Brand, married to Bob Brand, of Lawrenceville, Marsha Brewer, married to Terry Brewer, Wanda Allgood, married to Bruce Allgood, and Cheryl Ellis Noble, married to Duane Noble, all of Loganville. They also have seven grandchildren, Bobby and Brock Brand, Maggie, Lauren and Olivia Ellis, and the late Adam and Brad Allgood.They celebrated with family at a dinner party at Blue Willow Restaurant.
