BERKELEY LAKE — City leaders will decide next month whether to allow a farmer’s market at the Berkeley Lake Chapel (zoned R-100 with a special use for a religious institution), with the special use being considered an “accessory use.” That designation will help ensure that there is no encroachment of commercial uses in residential zoning areas.
New deputy director introduced
New deputy city administrator Pat Chapman was introduced to citizens at Thursday night’s city council meeting. Chapman will take the place of Leigh Threadgill, who currently holds the position and is leaving her job.
Chapman recently served as Planning Director for the city of Loganville.
