ATHENS -- Police said they've taken two teenagers into custody as they continue to investigate BB gun shootings in Athens.
Police said the suspects are ages 17 and 19. Police said each has been charged with a single count of aggravated assault. The circumstances surrounding the charges facing the teenagers were not immediately known Friday.Athens-Clarke County police had offered a reward for information about the string of shootings last weekend in which car windows were shattered. Police have said the shooter used a high-powered BB gun which could cause serious injury.
