Infant Jay Payne, age l day, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2012. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Larry Payne. He is survived by his parents, Jason and Stacy Parks Payne, Flowery Branch, GA; sister, Hannah Payne, Flowery Branch, GA; grandparents, Genelle Payne, Buford, GA and Hansel and Linda Parks, Buford, GA; great grandmother, Jean Chatham Payne, Sugar Hill, GA; and several uncles and aunts. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA with Mr. Brad Parks officiating.
