Fred and Linda Meyer of Lawrenceville recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married June 28, 1962, in Memphis, Tenn.
Fred is an attorney. They have three children: Fred Meyer, married to Katherine, of Snellville, Jean Sweeney of San Francisco, Jennifer Meyer, married to Brian Turkin, of Ana Cortes, Wash. They also have three grandchildren; Paul Meyer of Raleigh, N.C., Beth Meyer of Marina Del Rey, Calif., and Willa Sweeney of San Francisco.
They celebrated with friends and family at a dinner party hosted by their children.
