"All my friends and most of my subdivision is against the (Transportation Investment Act referendum). Just look at how the DOT trashes neighborhoods when they build roads, and without including the concerns of the people in that area. This is all about developers and downtown Atlanta."

Like it or not in this economy this may be what it takes to keep Gwinnett at the head of the pack. It's how Gwinnett competes.
