SUWANEE -- Bryan Cohen, president and CEO of Quantum National Bank Suwanee, has been elected by his peers in the North Georgia area to serve a two-year term on the board of directors for the Georgia Bankers Association.
"We are delighted to have some with Bryan's experience join our board," said Jim Edwards, CEO, United Bank, Griffin. "He will serve our industry and association well."
Cohen joined Quantum National Bank as a director in 2002 and was named president in 2009. He came to Quantum after 23 years at Touchstone Homes where he served as president of the company for 18 years. Quantum National Bank is a $340 million dollar community bank with headquarters in Suwanee and a branch in Milton.
Cohen received a bachelor of arts degree in finance from the University of Oregon and also holds a masters of science degree in real estate finance from Georgia State University. He has been active in the Council for Quality Growth and served on the boards of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Home Builders' Association.
