WINDER -- The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has issued an alert for a Winder teen described as an "endangered runaway."
Matthew Kitchens, 15, of Winder was last seen on May 9, officials said. He was described as a white male, approximately 5-foot-7 and 175 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has several tattoos and a tongue piercing.
Authorities believe Kitchens may still be in the local area.
Anyone with information is asked to call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678 or the Winder Police Department of 770-867-2156.

Tatoo's at 15. Whoever put those on him needs to be prosecuted. I hope they find this child.
