Picky eaters of all ages can get crafty with cuisine as Super-Duper Mini Chefs makes its annual appearance at Gwinnett Place Mall on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. and the Mall of Georgia July 14 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Jayne Stilson, assistant vice president of business development for Simon Brand Ventures, the business-to-consumer division of Simon Property Group said, "Super-Duper Mini Chefs provides kids an outlet to express their imagination and have a good time being inspired by the art of food."
Children will learn about different food and its benefits through demonstrations and interactive activities, like Nickelodeon's new iCarly: Groovy Foodie! game, based on the TV show "iCarly."
Attendees receive a recipe card for spaghetti tacos and a colorful Simon Kidgits Club plate to take home.
Also as part of the event, kids are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item to be donated to their local food bank.
