Gwinnett Daily Post
TUCKER -- Two Gwinnett men face child molestation charges -- and banishment from the United States -- after a woman reportedly caught them in her 14-year-old daughter's bedroom this week.
The woman called Gwinnett police to the Legacy Commons Apartments in Tucker about 4 a.m. Sunday to say she had found an "older man" in bed with her daughter, and another man hiding beside the bed under a sheet with her daughter's 13-year-old friend.
The woman cornered the men, both age 20, in the bedroom until police arrived, according to a Gwinnett police report.
Police identified the man in the bed as Luis Castillo-Pena and the other as Luis Bolanos-Angeles. Both were detained at the scene. Records show Bolanos-Angeles lives in the same apartment complex.
Both men are charged with felony child molestation and are being detained for federal immigration authorities. Castillo-Pena faces additional charges of statutory rape and giving police false information.
Jail records indicate Castillo-Pena is a native of Guatemala, and that Bolanos-Angeles is from Mexico City.

These two poor souls were probably brought here by there parents when they were just kids. This human trash is a small example of Obama's kids. We don't need a Dream Act. We need more deportation, more enforcement at the border, and less intrusion by the federal government when states try to enforce these federal laws. As parents, we also need to be vigilant to protect our kids from these type of predators.

Individuals are excluded from the DREAM act if they have engaged in criminal activity (as defined by the Immigration and Nationality Act). But please do continue trying to politicize every damn thing you can. I'd hate for us to have a conversation that didn't give you the opportunity to remind everyone of your political opinions.

Great response - well done. Darn, coulda gone the other way, deriding Saint Ronald Reagan for legitimizing 2 million illegals, but the truth is twofold: we don't want to pay the tab for fixing the immigration problem, and both political parties are equally guilty of doing nothing. Had a small number of us not pushed for Gwinnett's 287(g) program, these guys might have faced a very different outcome.

@ Burrito… They have to be CONVICTED first - remember?
Without that, they would be indeed be eligible for the "new work permit program"...
Oy Vye!

Would you prefer we sentence people without due process?

The girls aren't totally blameless either.

I bet they get released because of President Obama's new program..."It was all a misunderstanding....it was because they were brought here when they were very young and want to better themselves through a free education and free health care"....they can be rehabilitated.....
Cleanupguy 11 months, 1 week ago
Did you even read the article?
R 11 months, 1 week ago
Charges are far from conviction and without that they WOULD be eligible for the famed work permits... Oy Vey

They should not be allowed the opportunity to get deported until after they have served 20 years in our prisons. Deportation is almost a free pass for them. Strange how all aliens are now tainted by such miscreants but the Catholic Church can cover up such malfeasance and still are idealized. By the way, the article never mentioned whether or not they are here legally for such action as this will get a Visa revoked and probable deportation of legal aliens. To assume that they must be illegal since they are from an Hispanic country only demonstrates your racism and lowers the image of Gwinnett.

"To assume that they must be illegal since they are from an Hispanic country only demonstrates your racism and lowers the image of Gwinnett."
That comment is yet again, by your logic, very Racist.
Your drooling yellow smiley face lowers the image of Gwinnett.
Say_that_again 11 months, 1 week ago
PS: Now is the time for all of you racist to holler "I'm not a racist, I have an Hispanic friend" or something else similarly absurd. I could use a good laugh!
news2me 11 months, 1 week ago
I just got a good laugh! Using your so-called logic, if calling President Obama an Idiot equates being labeled a Racist, then you calling anyone a Racist is Racist as well. You, Say_that_again are a Racist!
Now is the time for Say_that_again racist to holler "I'm not a racist, because I support and love Illegals" or something similiarly absurb".
PS .. I am superior to drooling yellow smiley faces, I guess I am a Racist
LMAO (without the drool)!

Your comment is extremely racist.
Asian, Black, Caucasian, Hispanic......
Return all lawbreaking trespassers to their country of origin.

Say_that_again, if you go to the Gwinnett county mugshots page and check out the details behind their incarceration you will see that both of them are being held for immigration. They are here illegally, that is a FACT.
You are the only one who made assumptions. To assume that readers who referred to them as being illegal do not do their homework first only demonstrates your stupidity.

The word banish is a clue.
Cleanupguy 11 months, 1 week ago
That from a person desperately seeking a clue.
R 11 months, 1 week ago
Which actually makes it all the more profound ...
thebondsman 11 months, 1 week ago
A person that is here legally and commits a crime can also have an immigration hold. So do your homework.

This flies in the face of what Rush Limbaugh angrily spat out of my radio, so it's obviously all lies.
news2me 11 months, 1 week ago
You libs have GOT to stop listening to this Limbaugh guy. He wouldn't be so popular if you didn't listen to him on a regular basis.

First seal the US borders, second quit giving our tax money away to them. Obama just gave them a huge incentive to sneak over here last week so he can get the Hispanic vote. He has proved he will do anything for a vote! As far as the molesters Jail them , fine them and when they are released kick them the Hell out of our country!
Cleanupguy 11 months, 1 week ago
Are you willing to pay what it will cost to "seal the Borders"?
notblind 11 months, 1 week ago
I think that sealing the borders would cost less than letting them in. How many thousands of dollars are these two going to cost Gwinnett taxpayers? Multiply that by the number of counties in the whole country and you end up with a very large $number.
Cleanupguy 11 months, 1 week ago
Sealing a border - with a fence (never mind tunnels, water crossings, and a thousand other methods)? Duct tape? Stern verbal lashings? The bad news is that those that could have actually done anything (Congress) has chosen not to, and the public wants all fixes to be free of cost. At least Gwinnett has a 287(g) program!
notblind 11 months, 1 week ago
We're paying either way. I would rather stop them at the border no matter what the cost. Once they are inside the borders the destruction they can cause escalates dramatically and it's not just monetary. Illegal aliens kill more people in America than militant muslims kill in Israel. Israel built a fence and it worked.
notblind 11 months, 1 week ago
It's staggering how much the American taxpayer spends on people who have no moral or legal right to even be inside our borders.

I agree with chasmcjr!!! Wanna bet these teenage girls know the two "20 somethings"? Hopefuly the mom intervened in time to prevent 2 more teen pregnancies so I won't have to be paying for the next 18 years.
arelii2010 11 months, 1 week ago
all the people that work for the newspaper do is lie .. they give people a bad reputation and literally they get a paycheck that they don't deserve all they do is lie ... and clearly it was the teen's fault for letting them in I doubt they would break in and rape em .. girl now a day lie about their age and hoe around if the mother knows her daughter is hoe you might As well have her on check.
Mack711 11 months, 1 week ago
These two are very lucky that they are still walking around. They could have been shot for criminal trepass, legal or illegal would not make any difference. Now for the girls, they are just as guilty. They need to punished as well for letting these guys in, but that is the parents problem, not ours ........yet.
