The '94 Duluth Wildcats won the ASA 18U "A" National Qualifier which earned the Wildcats a earth to the ASA "A" level National Championship for the second consecutive year.
Last year the Wildcats, who play out of Shorty Howell Park and Bunten Road Park, finished 33rd at the ASA 16U "A" National Championship.
Team members are Jeanie Perrucci, Toni Perrucci, Morgan Sikes, Amanda Rutkowski, Courtney Czentnar, Amberly Hays, Caitlin Cooper, Tori Martinez, Taylor Cox, Mary Johnson, Grace DeBoer, Kyra Odum, Taylor Garrett, Jordan Smalls and Cheyenne Maske. The team is coached by Mario Perrucci, Joe Cox and Jon Johnson.
Eagles win GGBL title
The Collins Hill Eagles 12U travel baseball team for won the Greater Gwinnett Baseball League County Championship.
The Eagles won the best two-out-of-three series by defeating the No. 1 ranked Brookwood Broncos 8-7 and 11-3.
Team members are Logan Ouellette, Zach Boyd, Michael Goehrig, Lucas Dougherty, Hogan Scoggins, Caleb Gibilisco, Danieal Hardy, Dalton Bullock, Colin Risley, Jason Blankenship, Andrew Phanmanee, Ben Fulton and Bradley Herring.
The Eagles are coached by Greg Meyer, Tim Dougherty, Manager Scott Risley and James Blankenship.
