SNELLVILLE -- The city of Snellville will host a Flag Day celebration at 2 p.m. Thursday.
U.S. Congressman Rob Woodall will be presenting the city with a flag that has flown over the United States Capitol during the ceremony held in front of the Snellville Police Department, located at 2315 Wisteria Drive.
Snellville will also be honored veterans and active duty military members during the Flag Day celebration, which is the first ever for the city.
