Atlanta-area Smoothie King stores are offering customers the chance to simultaneously give back and save a little money this month.
During the month of June, customers at Smoothie King will receive a $2 coupon in exchange for a $1 in-store donation to Bert's Big Adventure, which sends children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families on all-expenses-paid trips to Disney World. The program was started in 2003 by radio host Bert Weiss. Several Gwinnett children have benefitted from the program in the past.
Smoothie King hopes to raise $5,000 for Bert's Big Adventure. For locations, visit smoothieking.com.
