Andy Shim of Duluth won his second straight Georgia PGA Junior Championship with a final-round 65 Tuesday that pulled him away from the boys field at Athens Country Club.
Shim opened with a 68 in the two-round tourney, finishing at 11-under-par 133, five shots ahead of runner-up Michael Pisciotta of Alpharetta. Suwanee's Garrett Marschke (72-70) tied for third at 2 under, Norcross' Cody Solomon (72-72) was sixth at even par, Hoschton's Kameron Williams (78-71) was 16th and Suwanee's Bailey Ulp (74-76) tied for 17th.
Lawrenceville's Luka Karaulic won the boys 12-and-under title with a 74 and Buford's Jordan Rodriguez tied for sixth in that division with an 83. Jeremy Wood of Loganville (80-79, tie for sixth) and Lawrenceville's Jacob Bayer (79-82, eighth) fared well in the boys 13- to 15-year-old division.
In the girls event, Suwanee's Sloan Shanahan (79-69) was third, Norcross' Bailey Tardy (79-75) was eighth and Lawrenceville's Taylor Allen (82-86) tied for 15th. Tardy was third among 13- to 15-year-old girls.
Alissa Yang of Norcross won the girls 12-and-under championship with an 88.
