Gwinnett Daily Post
The Sunday cartoon by Mike Thompson is typical of a "progressive" mindset. No one is disputing the cyclical global warming trend. The contention is whether or not it is MAN-MADE; and there is absolutely no empirical evidence to the fact other than what's promulgated by the inventor of the internet.
A small science project for non-believers: research the Krakatoa eruption for particulate matter and compare it to what the US produces in 10 YEARS, not to mention the rest of the industrialized world.
Keep shouting lies long enough and someone will eventually believe it! Regretfully and sadly we live in a world of public opinion and political correctness determined by unnamed entities.
A wake-up call at this point would be (almost) useless.

the earth has been going though droughts, heat, cold for millions of years, even when we hardly had any people. These global warming freaks are just that. Freaks of nature, scientist trying to keep their nice jobs with their stupid ideas. Why when we have a heat record breaking day, the weather man shows the record was back in the 50', or 40's when we had less people? I am really tired of this false culture that thinks they are winning this argument. Stop this nonsense. I am so tired of laughing at this idea of global warming. Doesn't anyone look back at our history on this planet? THese same scientist have spent a lifetime, and our money, studying the past million years also.
