Seems that every week or so we read of an accident involving children who were not wearing seat belts and injured seriously as a result. If an adult is transporting a child -- or adult, for that matter -- they accept full responsibility in that vehicle for their safety.
Insist that they wear their seat belt in your car. In today's travels anything can and will happen. How many crashes does it take to get people to "buckle up?"
Transporting children without seat belts is like leaving the gun cabinet unlocked. Both can lead to tragic results. Please buckle up for everyone's sake.
