Morris Napoleon Rogers was charged on July 5 with battery.

Andrew Lee Inglett was charged on July 3 with violation of probation.

Peter Joung Hansen was charged on June 30 with violation of probation.

Rickey Samuel Hull was charged on June 30 with following too close, improper lane change/failure to maintain lane and DUI.

Demarco Gonzales McDonald was charged on June 30 with two counts of theft by receiving and giving a false name or information.

Sedarious Giovanni Beck was charged on June 30 with two counts of theft by receiving, a windshield not in good condition and driving while his license was suspended/revoked.

Rony Ricardo Deleon was charged on June 29 with aggravated assult, fleeing or eluding a police officer and having less than an ounce of marijuana.

Michael Patrick Smith was charged on June 29 with vehicle seat belt front seat violation, obstruction of an officer and less than an ounce of marijuana.

An entering auto complaint was reported on June 29 at at apartment on Breton Hunt Lane.

Beronica Esther Hernandez-Acosta was charged on June 28 with failure to obey traffic control and driving while unlicensed.

For being a small town with kudos for a best place to live, seems like a lot of crime has started here in the past year. Something is wrong. No wonder Suwanee doesn't get the award any longer.

I still don't see any Suwanee police traveling the big roads anymore. Speeders are flying rampart all day long and no one issues tickets. Travel McGinnis Ferry and even L'ville-Suwanee and see.
