Lawrence and Bonnie Evans of Snellville announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Jane Evans of Washington, D.C., to Ryan Douglas Flickner, of Washington, D.C., son of Raymond and Susan Flickner, of Wichita, Kan.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 11 in Atlanta.
