BUFORD -- Taco Bell Corp., recently announced it will open a restaurant at 2583 Hamilton Mill Road in Buford on Friday.
"Buford residents will now be able to enjoy the convenience and great taste of Taco Bell products they crave," said Rinku Patel with Taco Bell Corp. "This restaurant design features a dining room with rich colors and earthy textures to create an atmosphere that is comfortable and inviting."

"Taco Bell's goal is to be a valuable member of the community in which we do business while providing consumers with great-tasting, high-value, quick-service food," Patel said. "Taco Bell is very proud to be a member of the Buford community and we look forward to taking a supportive role with the area citizens."

I always wanted a house in Hamilton Mill, but was holding off because there was no Taco Bell there. Mr. Patel, you are a hero.

Why is this news? Is it because the long suffering community of Hog Mountain, oops, sorry wannabes, Hamilton Mill, is finally getting a restaurant and much need jobs. This is basically an ad. For bad "food" at that. Reminds me of the story about Old Navy opening at Discover Mills.
Tomorrow I'll be opening an envelope. Care to cover it GDP?

Sorry, suedehead, they can't be there for your envelope opening ceremony. I've already got them booked for a new art exhibit titled "Watching Paint Dry."

You must be someone special. I saw a teaser on 11Alive News for that.

Had the Briscoe Fiasco come to fruition, perhaps we could have an even larger Taco Bell. An atmosphere that is "comfortable and inviting"? I would settle for a place with decent food.

Hey don't knock them, as long as they have WORKING air conditioning ...
