Jeff Ward, a 2011 North Gwinnett grad, has earned a spot on this season's Georgia Southern football roster after joining the program as a preferred walk-on in June, 2011.
Ward, who also carried a 4.0 GPA this spring and made the President's List, will join former North teammate Manrey Saint-Armour on the Eagles' offensive line.
