DULUTH -- One of Gwinnett's biggest cities is reaching out to have people snuggle up to a good book.
The local fine arts league announced this week the selection for the annual Duluth Reads event, "When the Finch Rises."
Mayor Nancy Harris is encouraging residents to read the book, which is on the Georgia Center for the Books 25 books every Georgian should read list, and participate in events set for March.
The Duluth Fine Arts League has scheduled a book discussion for 7 p.m. March 13 at the Strickland House.
Readers can meet the author Jack Riggs at a book signing and reception set for 7 p.m. March 16 at the Duluth Festival Center.
