Greater Atlanta Christian seniors Lavondre Nelson and Jonathan Ford have made recent commitments to Ivy League football programs.
Nelson chose Princeton over offers from Air Force, Army and Navy, among others. The running back also had track and field offers from Stanford and Notre Dame. He maintains a 3.96 GPA and plans to pursue an economics degree and then law school.
Ford, a linebacker, picked Cornell from a list of more than a dozen offers. He maintains a 4.09 GPA and plans to major in business.
